We want you to love your buttery soft bamboo favorites, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the provided menu.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items, and affix the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed once our warehouse receives and inspects the items.
